About Me

Hello, and thank you for visiting my UX portfolio! My name is Duncan Katzel, and I am a UX Designer/Researcher.

As a recent graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a degree in User Experience Design, I am eager to showcase my skills and comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of design. Throughout my years of study, I have honed my skills in research, prototyping, collaboration with other designers, among many other valuable skills. I hope to continually improve these abilities throughout my career.

As a designer, I have developed a passion for accessible design. I believe the world should be accessible to everyone, whether online or in reality, regardless of an individual's impairments or shortcomings. A long term goal of mine is to create a more inclusive and equitable world through my designs.

As an individual, My free time is usually spent at the gym, or playing the beautiful sport of rugby. I also enjoy spending time (giving treats) to my dogs.

I invite you to explore my projects and see how I translate user insights into impactful designs. I am always eager to learn, grow, and collaborate on new opportunities.
